Our products are made-to-order, meaning each item is created according to your specifications. This process involves a production time, but rest assured that we put care and attention into crafting your perfect item.

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

For example, if you order an item, it will take 3-8 business days for processing/production and an additional 8-14 business days for shipping (Standard Shipping). In total, you can expect to receive your order within 11-22 business days.

Please note that shipping times do not include weekends and holidays.

Flexible Order Changes and Cancellations:

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@itsthecrocs.com with your order number and requested modification. Note that we can only accommodate changes within 04 hours (weekdays) or 12 hours (weekends) of placing your order. After that, the order will be locked for processing. Please be aware that a management and transaction fee (30% of your total order value) will apply for cancellations.

Customs Fees and Taxes:
